		During the summer all our cattle is grazing on our alpine meadows which are located in about 10 km () distance. The Passen alp is located at 1900 meters (6233 ft) above sea level and the appertaining meadows stretch to a height of over 2000 meters (6561 ft) above sea level.

Aromatic hay and the hearty offerings of the guesthouse invite you to take a rest! The alpine lodge is open for guests from the beginning of July until the middle of October. It is also the starting point for many beautiful hiking trips. Delectable alpine specialties such as Melchermuss and Strauben, as well as fresh alpine milk and other beverages are available for your enjoyment!



	Our hiking suggestions: Via the Zösenbichl to the Passen Alp Walking time: 6,5 hrs Path number: 20 and 31 Starting point: Lappach - last bus stop Break at: Passen alp Destination: Village Lappach Route: Starting at the bus stop Lappach you will walk 1.5 km into the direction of the reservoir Neves until you reach a distinct right turn. There you will take a left (path no. 20) to the Zösen Valley, passing the Mair zu Hof Alp in a westerly direction until you reach the end of the valley. At the fork in the road keep left and follow the forest trail to Flemm, past the silted Lake Flemm, up the mountain to the Eggespitz. Via the Zösenbichl through the forest down to the access road to the Passen Alp. Here you will be able to have a snack and take a break. After your break follow the road across the Passenbach, leaving the Passen Alp huts to your right, through the forest down to Unterlappach (Path no. 31).
